Extremely disappointing experience with Burger King. Today (23rd April 2026), I ordered a Crisp Veg Peri Peri Meal along with an add-on Crispy Veg Burger via Zomato. The package arrived sealed, but after opening it, I realized the add-on burger was missing. I contacted Zomato, but they refused to help since the order was already marked as delivered. This is unacceptable — customers should not have to bear the loss for mistakes made by the restaurant. The meal clearly had only 1 burger, 1 fries, and 1 Coke, whereas there should have been 2 burgers as per the order. I have proof (bill, invoice, and photo). Very poor service and quality control. This feels like negligence at best, and fraud at worst. Will not be ordering again. Highly disappointed.

Deea Team, Highest Priority mail I ordered Veg Whopper and Fries on 29th August 2024. I haven't received the order still the amount is not credited to my account even after 15 days after raising the ticket. Being the Big Brand, this much delay in refunding the amount is not acceptable. I don't understand why the burger king app sucks in between. Why they are not working on this. Being a regular customer i expect better service. Resolve this matter in a day.  Order Number - 2012 Date - 29th August Ticket ID - F9NHD4ANAD - Other Issues Location - Pimple Saudagar Branch Pune

I recently took advantage of a Burger King offer for ₹149, but the quantity I received was shocking. I only received five French fries and small burger like vadapav which is completely unacceptable. This didn't just happen to me; my roommate experienced the exact same issue. Please be cautious when ordering this deal, as the portion sizes are misleading and feel like a scam."

it was worst nd I hated it the . person who was incharge for taking orders she took my phone to give a good review in the website about burger kings burger I hated it . the burger was ok ok and I didn't like the behaviour of the staff there please handle it .. that's why mac d deserve better

i ordered a burger and asked them to ad cheese....but they just added a slice explicitly and served like that,rather than melting it...worst experience ever....By even they have the facility of adding extra cheese...just adding a solid cheese slice doesnt make it cheesy

3rd class fraud practices are done at this place for online order Will give you uncooked or Burnt burgers no in between they cheat you don't order online didn't even provide full amount refund

Had ordered Burger king whooper from this outlet and turned out to be a disaster, burnt patty, exactly 2 lettuce and 3 onion rings and some sauce and thats it. Pathetic BK whooper ever of my life
