best restaurant , best quantity, best taste... only thing is that we are not getting deliveries from this restaurant as this is more economical than other competitors... zomato is not allowing us for ordering from this restaurant.... it is blacklisting this good resturant for some reason ... shit zomato... allow us to order from here ....

Visited the KP outlet, famous for the chicken burgers from the old Camp days. We tried the Jumbo Chicken Burgers, Chicken Salami, Chicken Fingers, and Cold Coffee. The Food: The Jumbo Burger is massive and heavy—definitely sufficient for two people if you order sides. While it was decent, I wouldn't call it 'finger-licking good' or worth traveling long distances for specifically. It's a good stop if you are already in the area. The Cold Coffee was nice, though the Mini Burger option might be a more practical size for a single person. The Vibe & Service: The hype is still huge here. Be prepared for a wait—I waited about 30 minutes for my order after queuing. The seating area is very basic and has a casual 'college canteen' feel. Parking Tip: The outlet only has two-wheeler parking. If you are bringing a car, it's best to park at KOPA Mall and walk about 500 meters (towards Westin).

I had a terrible experience at this store today. I had gone there to take a parcel order, and shockingly, I had to wait for almost 1.5 hours to receive just one burger. What made it worse was that I was carrying my 3-year-old child, who was very sleepy and restless during the long wait. There was no proper communication from the staff about the waiting time. When I asked about it, the person at the counter simply said that nothing could be done and that no cancellation was possible. I understand your pricing is on the affordable side, but such poor service, lack of transparency, and unhygienic conditions completely ruin the experience. Honestly, I wonder how the young crowd has the patience to wait so long for a burger. As a parent, I would never recommend this place for families. Waiting for 1.5 hours with a small child, in an unhygienic setup, is unacceptable. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and cleanliness standards.

Why do they place contact no. if they can't pickup the call. We placed an order of jumbo burger worth Rs. 498 and we paid from the Gpay but in the Zomato application, it didn't show. We called on the 1989 camp contact no. but they didn't receive the call. Why do they put that contact no. if they are not able to pick the customer call? Such a very poor and discusting customer service here also that very bad zomato application service.

By mistakenly I selected cottage burger instead of chicken mini burger as both were on same price, immediately i called the restaurant to replace or change the order as I’m allergic to cottage burger but they denied to change or refund.. Such a pathetic service .. when u can’t understand customers issue there is no need to order again with the same restaurant .. very very disappointed

Went once when I was in college & when there were no burger chains back then... but never again. it's absolute shit of a place with zero hygiene or food safety. Hyped place but just people with low budget go here or to camp. If you're even a tad smart you'll avoid this place like the pandemic.

I have been waiting for the order since 1 hours 10 minutes. The restaurant kept on saying order will be delivered in 30 minutes. They didn't even respond to the delivery executive when he asked how much time the order will take to get prepared. Highly disappointed!

beef being banned in india, still it is being sold in the name of buff. also they make buff and chicken burger on the same counter, which is not acceptable. also zomato delivery is allowing the restaurant to sell buff online.

veg burger is not at all good if you compare with chickn burger. cucumber onions are less and they use white mayo instead of the mayo used in chicken burger. would never eat veg burger from here
