I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order experience. I placed an order through the Burger King app, and the status showed that the delivery partner had picked it up. However, I never received my food. When I contacted the delivery partner directly, he casually mentioned that the order was “damaged” — yet no one bothered to inform me or take responsibility. On top of that, when I tried to reach the outlet, they deliberately switched off their phone, leaving me with no way to get help. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for my order and received nothing in return. Not only is this a failure in service, but it also feels like a complete disregard for customer trust. I demand: 1)full refund 2)an explanation for why I was not contacted when my order was supposedly “damaged.”

1 senior member of the staff was on a call sitting at the table for about 30mins while I waited for my order to be delivered. after raising my concern about the delay that person came and asked me to wait for 2 more minutes without giving any logical reasoning to why he was not prioritizing eat in customers delivery... pathetic service, pathetic attitude. Also, burger king food quality has deteriorated bigtime... the whopper dindoes not feel like a whopper anymore... sad experience attaching a pic of a no staff counter.

This review is for Delivery. I usually order from this restaurant but have never faced any issue with taste or quality of food. But today I ordered Junior Whopper which was sent without patty...I have never eaten such kind of burger earlier...ha ha ha...Very careless with the service. I don't know how much this will impact to the restaurant and I know they will not take any action

Whopper chicken burger was very tangy and not at all good. Very upset. As being a main highlight of the burger king. It is known specially for its famous Whopper burger. But it was soo hopeless. Recommend to change the recipe .. nowhere in a comparison of McDonald's and KFC

No service , clueless workers , no generator when light goes , order pending , waiting for order for 15 mins , n when asked the ac is shut they have no remorse in saying that it’s shut ! Can’t be more annoyed with The branch management. Really sick .

I ordered via Zomato and Complete order was not sent. There was no dip for which I made the payment and no ketchup was provided with fries and burger.

The delivery person was not even able to use Google Map. The order took almost 2 hrs to arrive at our place.
