Disappointing Experience at Burger King at Satara Road( K.K Market),pune I ordered a meal with a combo offer in which Fanta was included at Burger King but received the wrong item telling that there is shortage but atleast this could be mentioned at the time of placing order. Instead the staff made matters worse, and were unprofessional and disrespectful. In addition to that they didn't accepted their mistake, got engaged in backbitching and made fun of me, which was completely unacceptable. I hope the management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

worst experience.. I have ordered a meal but all the fries were uncooked and smelled also badly. Not sure if it was fresh or not I needed to throw that all out. The burger patty was also uncooked and the taste was not good. waste of money...

I placed an order today and you gave it to me incomplete. How can I do that when I order fries without any ingredients?
