There were too many mosquitoes, the pool wasn’t clean. My booking was at 9pm we asked staff to play music they hardly played one sad song and then said sorry we couldn’t because of the law, the music has to get off at 10pm. Where as it was only 9:20pm. I ordered drums of heaven, which is suppose to be the drumsticks but instead I got chicken lollipop. The water bill and the food bill was made separate and TAX was also made separate. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Had a really bad experience. There were only two staffs waiting at the table. We had to call them many times to order anything. Most of the time i had to get up and go to the bar counters to ask for the drink. Restaurant was full of mosquitos. Food was average.

I had done an advance booking with a commitment of 25% discount which could also be obtained be using Zomato or Swiggy, but since I was not getting through the phone number..I personally visited and did advance booking for my daughter's birthday party on 17th February. Mr. Ghorpade who had done my booking denied outright that he had committed to give any discount. There were not a single table occupied than ours and server seemd like he didn't have a chance to take bath during the whole week. No complaints with the food though but place was dirty overall. It's best that they close down the place as hardly anybody knows of this place and stop DUPING people. I regret going there.

Worst experience!! Will never visit this place again. Had come for dinner and there was nobody to even attend for 20 mins despite of early reservations. There were hardly 2-3 tables occupied and still the service was so pathetic and the staff was rude. Food was overcharged and the taste was also below average. Dishes were just kept on the table randomly and not even served. And as per gov. rule, they are not entitled to force anyone to pay service charges (especially with such poor service), still they kept arguing and forcing us to pay the service charges. Worst experience!

very bad experience menu on zomato doesn't match with the menu they offer it took 28 minutes for the waiter just to come at our table and another 20 minutes to take our order restaurant is under staff waiters doesn't know what the restaurant is actually serving they have no knowledge about the taste of food all this on weekend don't visit here if you want to come, then come with a back up plan so in case they are late you can go to another restaurant

the most disastrous experience in Pune food was good but overpriced, not many options though it has hygiene issue - too many mosquitos , they sprayed mosquito smoke in our presence - we asked we would liked to leave and not opt for dine in

mosquitos everywhere, waiter was not switching lights till 7 pm though we visited restaurant at 6 pm. they sprayed mosquito smoke in front of us and we asked them we would parcel the main course as food maybe poisonous

Very improfessional behaviour of the staff. Making their customers so unwanted. Do not visit this place as per my experience.
