Had been to Westend Mall to watch movies and do shopping with my friends . After everything was sorted, we decided to take a break and eat something for lunch. Then I found a rush in this outlet which made me more curious about its food. And then we friends decided to opt something Arabic dish in food. We ordered Zaatar Chicken Salad, Mix Mezze Platter and 4 pieces of Grilled Chicken. Trust me the taste was amazing💕😍 .Even though I am not a salad lover, but the salad took my heart away with its taste. The platter can fill the appetite of 2 people easily. It was too yummy and had fattoush,2 falafel bullets, 2 grilled chicken pieces and many more side items. The grilled chicken pieces were also good in taste and cooked properly. Moreover the creamy hummus and the garlic toum served with the dishes were lip smacking. The price is quite reasonable which i liked. Would surely love to visit again✌

Cafe Arabia is a wonderful place located in the food court of westend mall in Aundh. It is a labanese cuisine serving food outlet. Where you can try some amazing, tasty and healthy meal options. Had ordered half chicken which is 4pcs of chicken served with pita bread and dips. And also had Zaatar Chicken Salad which was nice and crunchy with good amount of chicken. You must try this place if you are a chicken lover.

We had ordered hummus and pita, half grilled Arabia chicken and grilled chicken with herbed rice. I found the food to be excellent. The service was very good and the food was served pretty quick. The staff is polite and courteous. It was a great experience overall.

‘Cafe Arabia’ is one of the renown chain when it comes to Middle Eastern food. From hummus to shawarma they have got it all. Really liked their hummus with pita bread which I have tried recently. Falafels which I usually try here, never disappoint me. They are crispy and tasty. Also, their grilled chicken is my favourite. It is juicy and full of flavours. Though the last time I have tried their Zaatar Chicken Salad was average than the other times. Overall it’s a good option for some delicious Middle Eastern food. Plus their prices are quite economical. Thanks you ‘Cafe Arabia’ :)

I'm regular visitor of Westend Mall for shopping, movies and mostly food court. So after watching War movie, just searching perfect food in the food court area and we found cafe Arabia. Never tried this place before but heard some good and positive reviews. So or ordered 1) Arebia Grilled Chicken 2) Mix Grilled platter 3) Hummus Chicken Salad I'm not a big fan of Arabian food, but trust me after dinner I'm in love with this place, at least for Grilled platter.

Westend Mall is my go-to place for movies & shopping and I always try new food options available in the food-court there. This time I tried Cafe Arabia which is a small self service outlet present in the food-court of the Mall. I am a Vegetarian and tried various vegetarian middle eastern & arabian dishes which included FATTOUSH Salad,FALAFEL Platter & VEG MEZZE Platter. Inspite of being not a salad lover Fattoush salad surprised me with its fresh taste and strong after taste, especially of the crunchy Pita chips. Hummus was the only arabian food I had tried earlier & goes good with vegetarians as well ,so I had huge expectations from it.But the expectations were not met.For both Falafel platter & Veg Mezze platter, hummus served was icy cold and had a pungent flavour which was not very desirable.Falafel balls were overfried and gave a bitterly sour taste. Pita breads were soft ,well complemented with the Garlic Toum sauce. Zaatar Pita bread & Paneer Shawarma strips (served in Veg Mezze platter) were okish in taste and added no additional value to the platter. Portion size of the dishes was good & the place has ample options of non veg & considering the crowd present there, it is damn famous for Non-Veg Middle Eastern food.

The Chicken Shawarma served is not what a Chicken should taste like. The sauce felt like a careless last-minute raw flour and milk liquid and the only two or three strands of beetroot and carrots were not even pickled. The wrap was absolutely tasteless and overall, finishing the so-called "chicken whatevertheymake" felt like a punishment. The customer staff was also not pleasant and did not offer any help with a major payment issue.

Ordered tandoori Chicken. This is the worst Tandoori chicken you can have in Pune. Street vendors and 100 times better. It felt as if I was cooked 2 days back. Dry hard to chew. Please avoid this place seriously lost its quality. Never having any food here for sure in future.

Worst quality of food served.I had ordered boneless chicken biryani.I couldn’t eat a single piece of meat. There was a foul smell in chicken pieces due to rotten meat.

Genuinely crappy food. Not worth even half the money. The staff is rude and their wait time is too long for the quality (lack thereof) of food they serve.
