A outstanding hotel , our go to place in lonavala from last 30 plus years, both the restaurants coffee shop and fusion for pan Asian food are outstanding, coffee shop has a lavish buffet with a huge spread and is total value for money, ambience of inside and outside sitting is magnificent, service of people like Anil Tanterpale F&B head makes all the difference, where he ensures each table is well looked after, same is the case with Sous chef who makes it a point to delight you. Actually the moment you enter the property the valet, guards, waiter, housekeeping, restaurant staff make you feel totally at home and before I forget they have a outstanding bar for lovely tipsy evenings

Omkar, prateek,ms athrila were the sweetest staff we have ever met.. we had a birthday celebration they were a part of it and did over and above themselves to make it the most special day for us.. they deserve the best of treatment and A RAISE FOR SUREEEEEEEE❤️❤️

Good food and excellent service. We were served by Omkar during lunch buffet. He was very sweet, polite and made sure we had the perfect experience. He went extra way to get some items to our table (like dessert) Thanks to him and the team

Had a wonderful time dining here. A wide spread available for the dinner buffet. Very polite and courteous staff who serve with a smile. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
