The sandwiches were really good. Loved the quality and were filling as well. we ordered an omelette sandwich, Americano and Cappuccino. Everything was up to the mark.

Good ambience, but service needs improvement. Loved the ambience and vibe at Cafe Kaatha. We ordered fries, Kaatha Signature Pasta, Farmyard Pizza and Hot Chocolate. The owner was also very helpful and considerate since we had a baby with us. ❤️ However, the service was very slow. The hot chocolate arrived within minutes, but we waited 35+ minutes for the pizza, which still didn’t arrive. We eventually had to cancel it, pay the bill and leave, which was quite frustrating. Suggestion: Please improve the service and kitchen coordination so orders are served on time. The cafe has a great vibe, and faster service would make the overall experience much better!

Even though there was no wait time for seating, it was not that crowded, they took an hour to deliver wrap. waited so long that had to grab it as a takeaway order. Other items that we ordered were good to taste but the service needs a lot of improvement.
