We were 2 adults and 2 kids and went to Cafe Vindhyas for lunch. The Cafe offers authentic South Indian food with indoor seating & ample parking space. We ordered the following dishes * Cafe Vindhyas Vishal Platter * Vithal Ghee Podi Dosa * Misal Pav * Mini Idlis * Mango Lassi * Filter Coffee Food quality & presentation was top notch. Taste was authentic and delicious 😋 A Special thank you to Chef Laxman & Server Amit for a fabulous meal 🥘 If you’re staying in or around Orchid Hotel in Lonavala you should definitely try Cafe Vindhyas. The food & service is excellent.

If you are in Lonavala and want to look out for a good South Indian breakfast - this is the perfect place for you. Nutritious and wholesome! Also good taste - do not miss on the thatte idlis - they are super moist! The ambience is also nice. They also have variety of chutney - coconut chutney, podi (gunpowder), green chutney, onion chutney, murabba, etc. End your meal with the authentic serving of a cup of filter coffee!

Visited here today, cafe vindyas is under some renovations but they offered the South Indian menu at their boulevard cafe. Tried the filter coffee. Which is the bestest I've had so far. A must try! Vitthal wada. Loved it! And thatte idli. Which also tasted amazing. The food was fresh, sambhar was very good in taste, everything we tried tasted so well. A must visit place when in Lonavla.

Very clean and nice place for South Indian food in the verandah outdoors. Good service and smoke parking. Situated right on the highway still worry enough. Family friendly. Also has an excellent indoor AC restaurant serving Indian and Oriental cuisine. No South Indian in the indoor AC restaurant.

If you are in Lonavala and struggling to eat something good then this place should be in your list. They offer good south Indian dishes and that too on a quite affordable price. Their service is also very impressive. Their hygiene was something that impressed me quote well. Overall a worth visiting place in the lonavala.

A good place for breakfast near the Lonavala market. We had misal pav, masala dosa, fresh lime and coffee. The food was delicious. Misal pav was served with small portions of poha and potato sabzi. The service was decent. Thank you for the experience!

Terrible food. Poor service. Vithal Wada- gosh batata Wada with dahi! Avoidable. Thalipith - under cooked tasteless ( you have to wonder how since the bhajani is usually standard mix!!) didn’t wait for anything else!!

Bad food quality. My entire family suffered food poisoning when we had their vithal dosa and masala dosa. Avoid them at any cost!
