This place is a gem in pune I have been eating here since last 11 years. I tell you cheese toast, special chai, double cheese omelette and mera favourite masala double cheese omelette. It's a gem. It beats all irani cafe's out there in pune. Gem! Gem!

"Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. There was a power outage, and while I understand the staff and owner were busy fixing the electricity, there is absolutely no excuse for being rude to a customer. When I tried to place my order, He was told to 'wait' in a very dismissive tone. Later, when I asked about the payment and which QR code to use, the response was even worse—he was told rudely, 'We are busy, pay on any QR.' Technical issues happen, but basic courtesy shouldn't stop. The attitude was unprofessional and made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had here. Not coming back."
