Got the strawberry cream for a friend today (bought it from the shop directly) The presentation is nice. The ingredients tasted fresh and the cake wasn’t sugary AF. However, the sponge was tad dry on the edges and also the price is exorbitant (1200 bucks for a 500 grams cake). I don’t mind paying the quoted price but for that price the cake should be spot on !

HORRIBLE customer service! Had placed an order online and mentioned to write a msg along with sending a small Candle as it was a gift for a loved one to which he (SUMIT) graciously agreed, upon receiving the Oder I saw they hadn’t done anything and just sent the order and then when I called him back asking what happened all the said was “ sorry I couldn’t do that as it was rush hour and the candle is charged separately hence I didn’t do anything you asked” WHICH HE CONVENIENTLY FORGOT TO TELL ME INSTEAD OF SIMPLY AGREEING TO ME IN THE FIRST CALL. Which I could have paid in advance and then after his justification he says sorry it was a miss communication! If CAKEDIOR is in the business of being a part of celebration they should focus more on that rather than ruining it more after which you have paid Hefty price for. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and and it was my mistake in ignoring the poor ORDER REVIEWS.

Horrible experience, been waiting since 40 mins for a delivery of 1 small pastry in addition they delayed by an extra 20 mins, a total of 1 HOUR , i had to drop down to the outlet and spoke to the Manager, terrible attitude and service saying it takes a lot of time to make the pastry??? Horrendous, the zomatopartner was there waiting since 40 mins for the order of ONE SINGLE ITEM.

Never seen a crust as thick (and tough!!) as the one in this New York cheesecake from cake dior. Can easily be used like a paperweight. We could just eat the topping. Also the gluten free brownie tasted stale. Disappointing.
