I have ordered the cake from some other city but the way the owner of the shop (uncle) treated the phone communication and helped in getting the cake delivered to my friend's place was phenomenal. For the first time, I tried Rasmalai cake, it was very fresh, delicious and everybody liked it. Would always recommend Caramella's Cake to give it a try.

A place to feel like home. The pastries here are tol good specially the black forest pastry. #must-to-visit. New flavours will keep adding onto your list :)

#Tastystories Yesterday Spent a very lovely evening at Caramella shop.. After Dahi handi celebration and all हल्लागुल्ला .. I took my daughter and some of her buddies for a little treat here.. Taste and Colour combinations of pastries are awesome ...it was soft, moist and a perfect in texture... बच्चा पार्टी enjoyed it thoroughly 😋🤩😍 सगळ्या पेस्ट्री ताज्या आणि मऊ होत्या ... चव मस्त ... सजावट साधी पण आकर्षक 👌👌👌 A nice place to grab delicious pastries at quite reasonable prices 👌👌 They have outlets many places across pune, I visited this Hadpasar outlet.

They have good collection of cakes. Red velvet is best. The owner is helpful and gives suggestions to buy cakes. Orders also accepted. I suggest owner to speak in marathi.

I ordered a cake for a friend's birthday. I ordered a 500 gms cake,however only a 300 gms cake was delivered.. Absolutely cheating customers charging for 500 gms and delivering the wrong product.
