Had a wonderful Father’s Day brunch experience at Carmen, Radisson Blu Pune Kharadi. The spread was extensive with a great variety of dishes catering to different tastes. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambience was elegant and welcoming, making it perfect for a family celebration. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured we had a comfortable dining experience throughout. The special Father’s Day arrangements added a thoughtful touch to the occasion. A perfect place to enjoy quality time with family over delicious food. Looking forward to visiting again!

Recently visited a Father’s Day brunch and had a wonderful experience. The ambience was warm and lively, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed family celebration. I visited Carmine at Radisson Blu, Pune, expecting the standard of a five-star dining experience. Unfortunately, it was disappointing on almost every front. The biggest letdown was the buffet spread. It was extremely limited, with very few options, and the overall quality and taste of the food were below average. I've visited several three-star and four-star hotels, as well as standalone restaurants, that offer a far more extensive and better-executed buffet than this. To make matters worse, the starters were served cold, which significantly impacted the dining experience. The service was slow and lethargic, with staff lacking the attentiveness and efficiency expected at a property carrying the Radisson Blu name. The ambience also failed to create a premium dining experience. Rather than feeling like a five-star restaurant, it resembled a glorified cafeteria. Overall, the food, service, ambience, and the overall dining experience were well below the standards one would expect from a five-star hotel. Most importantly, the experience did not justify the price of the buffet. Given the limited spread, average food quality, cold starters, and poor service, it offered very poor value for money. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards bringing the restaurant up to the standards associated with the Radisson Blu brand.

Here’s a polished review you can post (Google / Zomato / TripAdvisor style): Review – Buffet Experience at Carmine (Radisson Hotel) It was a very disappointing buffet experience overall. Honestly, it did not feel like a proper buffet at all considering the extremely limited food options. There was only one chicken starter, one fish starter, and one veg starter, which is far below expectations for a hotel buffet. The soups were below average in taste and quality. The main course was even more disappointing — there was only one chicken curry option, which was tasteless and the chicken pieces were not properly cooked. Surprisingly, there was no chicken biryani and not even a single mutton dish, which is usually expected in a buffet of this category. Overall, the variety, taste, and quality did not match the standards associated with a Radisson property. Definitely not worth the buffet pricing, and the experience needs significant improvement.

We are regular visitors to Radisson Blu Hinjewadi at both Cafe blu and dragon fly. Tried Carmine for the first time. Since we were lacking appetite; hence chose it’s a-la-cart menu. The food here is eons behind the Cafe blu. So bland and so insipid. Even the portion is pathetic to say the least. No idea about the buffet (though it looked unimpressive), but I am sure it cannot match with 5 ⭐️ restaurants even in Pune. The cook here does not know only how to curate a delectable Chinese fare. Please avoid at any cost and visit at your own peril. P.S. even the staff were missing the finesse barring Sunshree who waited on us.

Its one of the worst ever buffet offered at hotel like Radisson blu. There is no variety with what they charge. Soup was cold, only 2 starters. Main course was so tasteless we have to spit out and remove from our plate. Desserts were also looked like they were brought from a nearby street side shops. Overall recommendation is dont ever prefer this as an option.
