They refused payment through zomato and also any kind of discount at the same time staff was asking for tip to be added while making payment.

Overhyped. Over priced. Below average. This describes our experience at Carnival where we visited recently to celebrate a friend’s bday. We order drinks and starters and felt the captain pushed us to order platter. Though initially we were looking for a half seafood platter, the captain converted that into a full regular platter - which was still fine since we were 5 members. The platter costing 2.5k had stale and smelly fish items. The smell was so bad that we had to ask them to remove the pieces from our plates. When the bill arrived we were shocked to not see any adjustments or discount. When we checked this with the captain he was he was like you just asked to remove something from your plate and what can we do about one item in a platter - surprise and shock!!! So he blames us back by saying that you should have asked for a replacement and I can’t do anything more since the bill is generated. Some top level comedy this is - so you can serve substandard and maybe unhealthy food and while you accept that as well you cannot do anything about it - slow claps. Our evening was ruined anyways so we just settled the bill and moved on, not wanting to sour our experience further by getting into an argument with someone who obviously don’t understand service industry or customer service or food industry. Last visit to Carnival for us. But I know it won’t make any difference to them or their business or their attitude!

They refused to sit us outside and told us they don't serve alcohol outside. I asked them why and no one answered. it felt like they were forcing us to sit inside because i know they do serve drinks outside. The inside was dimly lit and felt like a shady bar. AC was also off. Told them 3-4 times and finally after 30-40 minutes the place became cool. It's not like we were early, we visited around 8.30 PM. Food served was quick and average. Service wasn't good. Asked the captain if chicken plum sauce will be sweet, he said it won't be and then after serving told us it is sweet. Then they forgot our lemon soda order and had to be reminded twice and finally captain made an entry. Coming to drinks, Captain asked us if we need a bottle or pint of beer. We said pint, then he came back and said that brand's pint isn't available. So we asked for a different brand, after taking the order he came back again and said that pint isn't available for that brand too. This repeated once again surprisingly and then captain declared no pint beers are available. Why are you even open at this point? 😂 Sad to see once a great place turning out to be like this. Monday blues may be, lol. Ruined our office get together mood. Won't be returning or recommending. please train your captains better. he was clueless, couldn't recommend anything properly.

Probably the worst food I've ever had in Pune. We ordered Chicken Rajasthani and boy it was absolutely tasteless, it tasted like salt and water in brown colour. The worst part were the mocktails. How can you mess up mocktails they are so easy to make. How in the world can you charge so much money for something that you will put 0 efforts in to make. Worst experience of my life

The restaurant experience fell short of expectations. Despite average food quality, the broken air conditioning compounded discomfort. The staff's attitude, particularly the manager's arrogance, further marred the visit. It was disappointing, considering the reputation. Regrettably, I won't be returning or recommending this place!

We ordered butter garlic prawns as well as banjara chicken kebab both of them were uncooked and also had some stale smell of both..even the waiters had an attitude like they don’t care even if we stay or go there was no respect no apology..worst experience!! Highly NOT recommend 🤗

The fish starter was super spicy. The drums of heaven had too much oil and batter. The ice cream had an ice cube in the serving.
