I’ve always liked the soups from Chafa, especially their pumpkin ginger soup, which is usually my go-to comfort order. Recently, while I was under the weather and craving something warm, I ordered it again for delivery. To my surprise, the soup that arrived was overly creamy and lacked the usual pumpkin and ginger flavor that I love. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Rohit (I believe that was his name). He was extremely courteous and immediately asked if I would like a replacement or something else. I requested the same soup again, and he kindly arranged for a replacement to be sent. The second time around, the soup was much betterflavorful and exactly how it should be. Full points to the team for their effort and responsiveness. Taking the time to listen and resolve the issue truly made the difference. It left me a happy customer who would definitely order from and visit Chafa again because of this thoughtful gesture.

Placed 2 orders, first for 1 Salmon Bagel with a Nachos and cheese and due to my mistake had to order another order for another Salmon Bagel. A big thank you to the Manager Rohit and Zomato for clubbing both orders and delivered them on time. The food too was delicious as always.

I knew I liked this place the moment I walked in. Food was great but also- Beautiful ambience, love that they’re pet friendly, and they also have a nursery from which you can gift plants!! Def coming back here!

Visited this outlet recently to get a cup of coffee but ended up trying quite a few dishes. They have a very vast menu with a lot of variety and use the freshest of ingredients. The coffee was great. I LOVED the Pink smoothie bowl and the avocado toast. I also tried the Mexican bowl and cottage cheese crackling spinach. Both were really tasty. I ended the evening on a sweet note with the roasted hazelnut chocolate cake. Would definitely be back to try the many more items on their menu.

after hearing good about this place I wanted to try it for evening coffe and snacks. items ordered: cappuccino, affogato, french toast, ice tea and pesto pasta. affogato didn't really meet the expections as it was too runny(wasn't really espresso but was plain simple coffee in a mug) and the way they serve is also not easy to consume - 1 cup with coffee and one cup of vanilla ice cream. ideally it should be a cup of ice cream with a shot of espresso that can be poured over the vanilla. the biggest disappointment was french toast which was served with sliced banana, some berries and cream along with maple syrup on the side. so you understand it would be sweet french toast but one bite into it and I realised it was salty and not mildy salty but as if it was salty french toast. I know french toasts are toasted with salty butter but the egg batter needs to have slight sugar. I asked the server about the amount of salt in it and the manager came back - surprised/astonished/finding hard to believe and slightly defensive asking me about the French toast and when I told him he took it back. the only good part of this visit was that they took the French toast back or else I was struggling to figure out what to do with it. the pasta was extremely creamy. the ambience is lovely, no doubt about that....I have heard good about this place but it didn't live upto the hype. not going back, not ordering from them
