Chai katta is my go to place for quick bites. Their zatka burger and cold coffee are to die for. The variety of chai they have and how distinct each of them tastes is mind blowing.

Zatka burger and cold coffee, yummiest and worth every bit. Such a pocket friendly cute little place. Its my third visit and i hope to visit here every week😀

This place is very nice because the place is bit small but the sitting arrangements is so nice that it feels good.The taste of items they serve is nice.The overall pricing of all the beverages are moderate.Here you have to first order and pay then the order is served on your table.Serving staff is Good.Now about the food i ordered , 1.Egg Temptation Burger. 2.Gulkand Chai. 1.Egg Temptation Burger :- It Tastes good.This burger have half fried egg, cheese slice ,onion rings and on that chili flakes is sprinkeled.Overall at on the bite of burger it gives all the flavours.So good thing to try. 2.Gulkand Chai :- This is new taste or i would say new flavour of chai.This is quite sweet and gives nice flavour of gulkand.It tastes good. Overall Nice Experience.

You can pick and choose flavors for your tea which is a great idea. I chose ginger and lemongrass for my tea which was served in a kulhad.. the tea was just perfect!!! I loved the cheese chilli toast too. The only reason I gave 1 star less is that the top floor has no ventilation, so it felt really hot even in this winter season..

I have no problem paying 10-15 rs extra but then just offer an option for a full coffee. Buying a coffee for 35 Rs and then getting in half is just annoying. Now about the burger, I don't what was it but it was tangy maybe the sauces they used the party was good but the sauce took it away.

This used to be a nice place a couple of years ago. They were closed for a while and recently reopened with the worst management I've ever come across. Firstly, you have to wait at the counter for your turn to place an order. If it's rush hour, good luck gaining the manager's attention. Not only will he make you wait but will be rude to you. They have a couple of managers, and none of them know how to handle orders. They are lost in themselves, so waiters are confused too. Our waiter was so distracted by the manager's orders, that he practically banged the plate on our table and hurried to the next. We had ordered cheese chili toast which has an embarrassing quantity. No ketchup no tissue paper. They also have a seating arrangement upstairs where they play ear-shattering music for some reason. When I asked to reduce the volume, the manager was not at all polite. Calling a waiter is also difficult as they are wandering here and there finding the order number. you'd be lucky if you gain one of their attention. I don't think they are reading these reviews or that they care about customers, but if anyone from Chai Katta Bavdhan ends up seeing this, place QR at each table for people to place orders without waiting in a queue and your manager won't be stressed. Quantity certainly does not complement the price.

This used to be our regular hangout place. But since they started getting regular customers they kept decreasing the services. The price has increased and quality has decreased more than that. The size of burger got so small that it would be shame not calling it finger burger. The ginger tea was was watery which they got us after half n hour. And cold coffee was more like sugar milk with some coffee in it. They surely has lost us there customers after today’s food and the behaviour of the staff.

The service is super slow and the servers don't care/are rude Ordered Ginger Tea and Cheese Chilli Toast around 5pm, the tea arrived at 5.02, lukewarm and Cheese Chilli Toast arrived at 5.35 The toast while good, wasn't worth the price. Would not recommend. Avoid

staff is extremely hostile and ignorant. Such loud music is playing even after being told repeatedly told not to. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Do not recommend at all.
