This week I ordered black lemon ginger tea, & I got only lemon tea. I was told that next time this will not happen & I was assured I will get a nice tea with lots of ginger.. but it was horrible once again the second time. Twice how can one do the same mistake again.. Ginger was not there at all.. it was so sour I just could not drink it.. total Waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend Chai point for black ginger lemon tea. Or for that matter any thing. Especially the Aeromall side.. The one at phoenix market city seems to be much better in terms of service and quality. Don’t waste your money guys. I had a bad sore throat and wanted something for a quick relief from sore throat.. but it was a complete waste of money & it was a disaster.

It's the worst place to get coffee boba from . coffee tastes like shit just water and 2rs coffee mixed together . Boba Served were super super staled and were just crumbles of boba not even whole boba . 50rs Roadside coffee would taste 100 times better.

I got a samosa, and it was one of the worst samosa I ever had in my life and I am not even exaggerating. Maybe they should not make samosa again. Samosa crust was soggy like a chapati 😅

Poor service .. it was quiet .. not even 1 customer, still it took them 20 mins for 1chai !!! Chaipoint on the airport is expected to be much faster and courteous than this !!!!

Ginger tea is having a smelling ginger. Use the ginger in right quantities while making a tea.
