No doubt the place is beautiful but when on Sunday I went there with my family for lunch the experience wasn't good at all. First, the restaurant is quite expensive as per the quantity they serve. We tried few indian appetizers there, the taste was good. However the main course was disappointing. We ordered Chicken nawabi as well as Chicken Chettinad. Chicken chetinad which is supposed to be spicy and tasteful, was bland. And when I complained about that they didn't take any action to improvise or change the dish. We waited as the attendant said I'll be back. And After complaining and asking about the status 4-5 times, we got a reply that they have made a complain about this to the chef. Rest nobody knows after that what happened because we neither got the improvised dish nor the discount for it. I didn't like the service. Service is core of a restaurant that holds the customer as well as build a long term relation with the customer. This is where this restaurant is failing drastically. Needs improvement.
