Hygiene issues! Ordered veg noodles+rice with veg momos. It took about 20 minutes. But we were shocked and disgusted to find a worm in the bowl. On complaining, they first discarded the worm in the bin, and then tried to pacify saying it was a piece of garlic. They also offered a replacement, which was impossible to accept. Finally they apologised and gave a refund. But such hygiene issues are not acceptable at place like Phoenix Market City and for such expensive food. Never going back.

this is the worst experience we received. The team is so inefficient in terms of handling customers. especially Rohit at the counter. Inspite of understanding the situation they made the customer wait and asked to pay again without understanding that the debit has happened on the bank as well as the app.

useless staff....zomato accept online order but at the counter the staff said that the company closed the zomato online order ....upgrade your communications service...
