Should I call it a day since it was Sunday? We all felt sleepy after a wonderful lunch and cherished every dish we tried. I can never say no to fish since I was the first person to arrive at the location and was greeted with a warm smile by Tejaswini, the owner, she had been talking about their menu including the newly added dishes we would be trying. A few of the dishes, including the Green Solkhadi and Prawns Alu wadi, were new to me, and I was already thrilled. They offer a wide variety of dishes, ranging from fish thali to appetizers and there are several options for vegetarians as well. Started off with green Solkhadi, although I wasn't sure what was coming, it was unexpectedly refreshing with the right amount of coriander and you can only taste the goodness. You have to try it for sure; it was so great that we all requested extra glasses for ourselves. Regular Solkadhi can never go wrong, same vibe check but green solkhadi took the centre stage that day but no doubt the regular Solkadhi was unquestionably great as usual. Starters : Prawns Alu Wadi was another interesting dish. The kokum chutney was the star of the show, and the minced prawns inside the alu wadi had the ideal balance of flavor. Every bite of the prawn chunk was tempting, leaving my tongue helpless. I should point out that each of the prawns and alu wadi had an individual taste that complimented and didn't overpower each other. Prawns rawa fry a regular dish loved by all and again the dish which can never go wrong, my personal favourite will always be prawns in the fish category. The stuffed pomfret, a bit larger than my palm and filled with green masala, will make you salivate. The rawa coating makes it crispy, and the promfret was so fresh and well-fried. The green chutney and kokum chutney accompanied the promfret well. Mutton Ghee Roast - Since we all know what makes mutton meals so special—their flavour and aroma—the mutton was well-sourced, and it was one of my favourite dishes of the day. Though the mutton ghee roast should have been more thickened but I have complaints as you can pair the mutton ghee roast with rice, chapati, or anything additional, so the masala shouldn't go to waste. The meat was tender and delicious, and the nicest part of the mutton was cooked to perfection. Mains: Surmai Thali : Thali had Chutney (Kokum), Kismur, Kismur wet chutney, bangda kalvan, Surmai Fry, amboli, rice. They do customize thalis as per your requirement, the dry shrimp (kismur) chutney highlight of the thali. Hyderabadi Chicken Dum biryani I was full by the time biryani arrived but made some space to try out the biryani and it was great. But I heard their regular biryani is great. Ukadiche Modak everyone’s favourite, relished by all, the coating was so soft, the filling was just right, ghee on top and we all were sold. A few highlights As I was enjoying the food, I saw that Tejaswini took the time to personally greet everyone of her customers, who appeared to be regulars. She went to each table, taking orders, servings us and giving orders received via online in the kitchen and smiling throughout. The place indeed is hygienic and serves one of the great food.

Had an amazing experience at Cokum Delight in Kothrud! The authentic CKP-style seafood here is a treat for the taste buds. I tried the Chonak fish, and it was absolutely fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The spices were just right, bringing out the traditional CKP flavors. The ambiance is simple yet welcoming, and the service is quick and friendly. If you’re a seafood lover or someone who wants to explore CKP cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Definitely adding it to my list of favorite seafood spots in Pune!

Had a very pleasant experience at Cokum Delight. Affordable sea food thalis with a homely taste .. young kids drool over the prawns fry , it’s that palatable for them. They do consider our spice levels which is a good thing , while we place our order !

Visited this restaurant with family. We tried prawns aaluwadi and Surmai thali..Amount of prawns in aaluvadi was very very less..It was almost like veg aaluwdi..Surmai fry was good and fresh..Curry served in thali was worst.Coconut used for curry was not fresh at all.. it was smelling like a stale coconut. Also we had asked them to serve Amboli in one thali out of 4 and they are fooling people by serving Ghawane insted of Amboli..Amboli is made out of rice and dal and Ghawane made out of only rice flour..If you are charging around 350-400per thali atleast serve fresh food and do not fool people. It wasn’t worth trying..

2/5 Stars - Average Experience I visited this restaurant with high expectations, given the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. Some dishes tasted okay, but nothing was particularly impressive or memorable. The flavors were decent, but lacked the wow factor that other reviewers raved about. Overall, it was an average dining experience that didn't justify the exceptional claims.

So we had one mutton thali and one surmai thali , the mutton seemed a bit uncooked and as for the surmai it was not fresh , very oily and just not good , bangda curry was just bitter , the only good thing I actually liked in surmai thali was the coconut chutney. I went because I saw good reviews over google but it was a total disappointment. I would not recommend the place if you want to have good food in general.
