“Had such a lovely experience today! Special thanks to Pritam Sir, our waiter. He was extremely polite, kind, and attentive the entire time. He even arranged free birthday decorations, which made the celebration feel extra special. He kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t finish my food so I packed some, and he kindly packed extra food for me as well. His service truly made our visit memorable. Thank you so much!”

We visited the hotel at 9:30 PM, but we received our starter only at 10:30 PM. The service was very slow, and the staff were not professional. We had to ask many times for a water bottle, and it took around 15 minutes to get it. The waiter kept changing, and there was no proper rule for one table. We came with our family — the food was really good, but the service was very disappointing. We wanted to order more dishes, but because of the slow service, we decided not to.

Couldn't even reach the restaurant, if you're going by your personal vehicle, please go then only because it is an inaccessible area and no cabs will probably come here. I planned to reach by 8:45 but the area is so shady and no lights and no road even for the last 2km stretch

The road leading to the restaurant was in such poor condition that I had to turn back while I was only 1 km away from the restaurant despite paying cover charges on District. The location is very risky and the road is not at all safe for families.

Worst experience. Restaurant asked me not to come despite having confirmed booking. Restaurant should not have accepted booking if they don't have capacity to serve the customer. strongly NOT recommended!

Food was below average Too much Salty food. Location not good for family in night. Chef was rude. Only Pizza was good.
