I highly recommend to visit CRAFTED restaurant on 6th floor. The sambrews beer is top notch and to this is the delicious food which made my stay feel so comfortable . It wouldn’t be fair if I don’t mention the customer service I received. I appreciate Kaustubh’s immense service.

Mahesh, The service was splendid. Good food and beverages. He was very nice and polite. Helped with the menu and ordering. Kind and helpful. The ambiance was also very nice. Good staff service.

Great service by Ujwal and Abhijeet. The ambience is amazing with some great beers on tap, with my personal favourite being the Lager.

Very slow service with cold food even when only 2-3 tables had customers. Bakery closes at 10 so can’t have desserts after 10 but you can order food at 9.15 which will come by 10. Ambience was nice, discount was provided , most of the food items were decent if served hot.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant on 15 Dec 2024. Made reservations through Zomato. Informed restaurant also that we have booked through Zomato. They offered us buffet citing Ala carte food preparation will take a lot of time. Food experience: Food was cold. On asking several times they brought hot appetizers. Main course they just put the food in a bowl and microwaved and gave me. Asked for chutney they took forever to bring it. Their service is slow. Payment experience: They refused to accept payment through Zomato citing they don’t accept buffet payments through Zomato. When I asked that why you didn’t tell me when I came to your restaurant and specifically told I am coming through Zomato. They showed terms and conditions page and said I should have read terms and conditions even if they didn’t tell me. I mean what is this? I have been to many buffets and all of them accept Zomato payments. Even if they don’t accept they can tell us when we entered and we could have taken a decision whether to dine in or go elsewhere. Lesson learnt: Always ask in advance whether Zomato payments will be accepted or have any restrictions. Long story short: We didn’t have a good experience at this place. We will not be coming back here again. I dine in a lot but many places offer great experience. I don’t need to pay high expenses for a such a terrible cold food and experience.

Their food was cold. Their service was slow. We walked in with reservation and told them clearly that we booked through Zomato. They didn’t tell that Buffets payment cannot be made through Zomato. They told us about it at the time of final bill payment. When we asked that why didn’t you tell us when we came, they said it is written under terms and conditions that buffets payments will not be accepted through Zomato I should have read the terms and conditions. Normally who reads fine prints, they could have simply told us and we would have taken decision at that time. The unsatisfactory part was paid such an amount for this kind of service where the food at the buffet was literally cold, had to request hot food separately. All they did was taken food into a bowl and microwaved it. When asked for chutney they brought it after such a long time. Their restrooms didn’t have soap to wash hands. When asked about soap they said someone will come and refill it. But noone came. And we can’t just keep waiting inside restrooms. They should have proactively refilled it. Long story short we did not have a good time. We will not be coming back here. Lesson learnt: Ask in advance whether they accept Zomato payment in all cases or in there are any restrictions. I have been to many buffer restaurants but never faced issue of not accepting payments through Zomato.

The service is not very welcoming. Took them half an hour to take an order and another 1 hour to serve the same. No customer due diligence at all.

very bad experience with the buffet they offered. Poor food quality. Minimal options . Being Hilton and charging a good amount it offers nothing.
