Had visited here for their weekday unlimited buffet on the table. It’s a great spot for Veg & Jain delicacies. The ambience here is very pleasing with comfortable seating arrangements and was impressed by the diverse menu offerings and exceptional dining experience it provided. Personally loved the Achari Soya Chaap, Mughlai Paneer, Smoked Vegetable On Potato Cake & Dal Tadka. Apart from the regular buffet , there are great options to choose from the A la carte menu . The buffet had almost 18 plus items and all of the dishes were delicious starting from starters to soups to main course and desserts. Everything is served at the table and that’s the best part. The menu keeps changing each day and whenever you visit you might experience some or the other new dish. Also, the Gangadham outlet features a banquet space, perfect for small to medium-sized celebrations. The Jain food selection at Crazanto is truly exceptional. Had a great time here and definitely recommending.

Visited Crazanto at Gangadham and had such a memorable experience ✨ The ambience is elegant, the staff is super courteous, and every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavour. Absolutely loved how they elevate pure vegetarian and Jain-friendly cuisine to a fine dining level 🤍 The food was amazing and the place is just stunning!

Had a great experience at Crazanto, Ganga Dham! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Loved the taste and quality. The staff was polite and the overall vibe was nice. Definitely worth a visit!

This would be one the best Pure Veg restaurant that I have visited so far! I mean the food here tastes awesome and the dessert was the star along with the cozy ambience. Can’t wait to visit again

the food and the vibe was unexpected....too good...we reached there bit late ....they were gonna close the cafe but still they accepted our order...and the taste was amazing....best part was the food was delivered within minutes...

when i call the subji and jeera rice they give too much in quantity please add half plate onthe menu so that it will not waste i came back home i throw up the food in the dustbin

Service That Completely Ruins the Experience Visited Crezanto with family expecting a decent dinner—ended up with one of the most disappointing dining experiences. AC was off on arrival (had to request). Service is completely reactive—you literally have to ask for everything, even basics like water. No table ownership, no attentiveness, no hospitality. Food was average at best. “Loaded Nachos” were poorly executed—minimal cheese, negligible beans, and nowhere close to expectations. But the real issue is staff behaviour. When we requested extra salsa (and agreed to pay), the server said “customers usually argue about charges later.” Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Even at the billing counter, there was zero ownership. Manager showed no intent to resolve concerns and mentioned this outlet has different management from Viman Nagar—clearly reflecting in inconsistent standards. Dining out is about experience, not chasing service or dealing with poor communication. Basic hospitality is missing. Needs serious improvement.
