Quantity for delivery orders is very inconsistent. Most times it is on the lower side. As you can see in the attached picture of my recent order, both cups of the same ice cream have different quantities .. One is normal the other is very less. And this is despite me putting a comment while ordering to ensure proper quantity. But I guess they just don't care. Taste wise it is excellent. Go for the simple flavours at least you won't feel looted when they give you spoonful of ice cream instead of a proper scoop even after paying a good amount of money.

Visited the new outlet near Westside balewadi on 14 March 2021 Sunday evening. Ordered hot brownie fudge worth INR 158. I had this before at other outlet and had very good experience. I was surprised when the sundae was served it was merely vanilla ice cream with a layer of chocolate sauce. I was surprised and inquired to confirm whether it was hot chocolate fudge only since I had difference experience before. The team informed me that it is prepared as per there SOP. The taste was like ordinary ice cream with chocolate sauce sprinkled with some cashew. In addition it was quite sticky. Disappointed and not going again. Refer photo attached.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cream Stone. The staff did not behave properly when I entered the store—one person even switched off the lights and showed no interest in taking my order. When I politely requested an extra brownie, the staff responded rudely and refused. The overall service felt careless and unwelcoming. Honestly, Cream Stone seems to have lost the charm and flavor it was once known for

The service of this outlet is very slow they are not able to cater 3-4 customer at a time also looks they were sort on manpower as being a frenchise outlet you expect more also the outside chairs were not cleaned properly ac were not working inside the outlet so overall very bad experience.

Extremely unhygienic. We saw the worker’s utensils fall on the floor and he literally just splashed it with some water (without any dish soap) and proceeded to make ice cream with it. When we pointed it out, he got defensive and behaved rudely. Horrible experience.

The waffle was missing, which was the main item in cream and stone. Just waste of money. Never will ever visit or recommend anyone to go there

Night manager is a pathetic and very arrogant person to the staff. Ice crea tastes stale than other outlets Not worthy at all
