The Emerald resort This place is the perfect option if you're searching for some nice, quite, relaxing and soothing place near mumbai - pune. The restaurant is in talegaon, Lonavala on the old mumbai pune highway. The place is easily accessible. Uber service is easily available so travelling is not an issue. The interior of rooms, restaurant, and bar is impressive. It also has a swimmer pool with an artificial waterfall. The pool is very clean, donot have chlorine in it and is well maintained. They have poolside sitting available where we can rest and njoy the surrounding. The service is little slow which is sometimes frustrating. They also have gym and a playing area. The playing area is under construction, but it will be started soon i guess. The restaurant service is very quick though. The food was fantastic be it veg or non veg. They never disappointed us. And the best part is they serve you with unlimited papad (if you're a papad lover). We ordered a quite a lot of dishes in our period of stay. To name some really nice dishes, paneer tikka rara masala, chicken angara, rani murg, veg egg curry, chicken hundi are some must try dishes. The breakfast complimentary and was really nice. So basically its a very fine place to chill out friends, or spend some romantic time with your partner, or have a vacation with family. It serves all the purpose.
