I recently visited a Domino's outlet and was shocked by the poor hygiene and professionalism. I observed: 1. The chef rolling dough with bare hands, which is unsanitary. 2. He was alone, handling everything without assistance. 3. Employees and delivery staff entered the kitchen without proper uniforms. 4. Essential hygiene measures, like hair caps, were not followed.

Here's what I witnessed: The chef was rolling dough with bare hands, which is highly unsanitary. He was working alone, handling everything from dough to toppings without proper support. Delivery staff and employees were entering the kitchen area without wearing uniforms. Hair caps and other hygiene protocols, which are mandatory in food preparation areas, were not followed. A customer asked for the manager to address concerns, and an employee rudely claimed to be the manager, taking the situation as a joke instead of resolving it. Another customer was rudely asked to leave after placing an order because the employees wanted to close by 11 PM. Location: Domino's Pizza @ Shop 1, Ground Floor, Krishna Avenue, Near D-Mart, Baner, Pune As consumers, we trust food brands with our health and safety. Ordered peppy paneer cheese burst pizza but it tasted like regular base cheese pizza. Faced this issue like 3rd or 4th time and every time we call customer support. Issue is not with low par quality of product but the customer's time being wasted on this entire process, this outlet Baner Domino's is always messing up my orders. Also 7up item was missing from my order. Did not recieved any compensation for missing items. The order was also late and items were cold. Quality is degrading from this outlet from my experience.

Ordered an hour ago. Money is debited. No one is picking calls. Order is not received. Worst service ever. Once my call got picked up and he merely responded to my queries and is not picking my call ever since.

The service was very slow we had to wait for an hour just for a taco The cheese burst pizza had no flavours probably they didnt add thr sauce only If given a option i will give zero star

The food is great but the music here is so bad it felt like I'm using a 21rs headphones and even telling them for 3 times to lower or fix it there was no effort. Please sound check.

Order takes around an hour and after that the delivery guy tells us to come and pick up the order… it’s like they are doing a favour on us by taking our order..
