Another one of my favorites. Any time I am hungry, I immediately call Dominos without thinking twice. Even my order is fixed, I order the same thing every time. Was in Lonavala over a weekend with my parents and got a craving for pizza coz of early dinner. This Dominos is inside Trios Mall. Ample parking place and place to sit. Ordered Garlic Bread, Cheesy Dip and Margherita Pizza and Coke. The staff is polite and my order was taken quickly. The place was crowded but my order came soon. Classic taste, no change in the taste at all, which is a good thing. Garlic bread was fresh and crispy, cheesy dip was nice. Even the Margherita pizza was cooked well with perfect amount of sauce and cheese. It is such a relief that we have a Dominos in Lonavala, so whenever we get bored of the regular places, we can opt for classic pizzas.

Kumar Desai the manager said on call that I have to go according to company policy and when I asked what he can do for me, a simple and bad reference from a manager is I don't care and I cannot do anything you can leave feedback. If you guys need to promote dominos hire good employee and manager. No help with refund or delivery made my day worst and destroyed my trip. Bloody sucker for pain. Hope these guys are terminated when dominos team sees this feedback. No grudes with dominos.

Order was placed through Zomato and payment was accepted.  Then call was received from Dominos saying they would not deliver.  Neither Zomato nor Dominos has refunded my money (Rs. 703) which they collected.  Order Id is  1284440362 dated 6th September, 2019. Beware of both Zomato and Dominos while placing orders online or like me your money will be lost.

Dominos delivery service have gone down the drains. The employees are obnoxious with no respect for customer requirements and request. a bulk order needs more time than 30 mins i agree but does 6 pizza require 1 1/2 hrs?

Please do not order from here, they waited till we call them 1 hour later and told us to pick up the order from a midpoint. 3 hours later, they said they had delivered when they still hadn't.

My order was refused by the restaurant, yet my order was not cancelled in their system due to which I was not able to place another order with cash on delivery option.

I tried to order 2 times at Domino’s- Lonavala.Everytime we had a standard response we don’t deliver in that area.I really wonder in which area do they deliver ??

They accept orders through Zomato n later on call and inform that order can't be delivered to the location. Very bad... 👎👎👎

The worse Dominos experience ever. Uncooked garlic breads, cold pizzas, colder choco lava cakes. Strictly avoid.
