My order was declined after waiting for an hour, which was quite frustrating. In such cases, restaurants that consistently fail to meet delivery times should not be accepted onto the platform, as it affects the overall user experience. Timely and reliable service is essential for a positive customer experience, and restaurants that consistently fall short should be delisted from the platform to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.

This branch is very worst they don’t care about customers and don’t respect them . When i went there was no one to take orders and forced me to order through app , when i denied they didn’t care at all many customers left because there was no one to take orders and they were rude as well

The customer support is so pathetic they don't understand when you call them for order, they will put you on hold, ask someone else to speak only for you to repeat your concern 10 times. Atleast keep trained staff to attend the calls

worst Domino's ever. when order gets delivered always some items are missing and if we complain about it they are like why you order from us.? like seriously Domino's.?? My order was cancelled after 1:30 hours.

Delivery boy was too rude. Don't have manners how to talk with ladies......he was too rude... Pathetic services....
