The wide range of varieties may break your diet and also help to keep your diet too . You have everything here was one of a kind taste and the service . Down Town impresses from the very entrance. Quirky stairs with neon lighting and wall posters, different seating sections, separate DJ and dance floor area. With live matches, dance performances, amazing bar tending skills, aesthetic drinks, and reasonably priced food, Down Town has it all.. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place at least once to have this incredible experience and the view . Would definitely come back to this place ! The food is pretty good ,I recently visited this place and it was an amazing experience . The menu was diverse and had something for every taste . The drinks were really good, and the service was outstanding . Downtown has a great ambiance, and I would definitely recommend it to others . I will definitely be back !

They have stopped taking payments and booking through zomato. Before booking or making payment kindly confirm with the restaurant.

I came across similar reviews before but thought it might just be an isolated issue. However, after visiting this restaurant today, I realized this is not a problem affecting just one or two customers—they are treating everyone the same way. It seems like this poor behavior is part of their routine. I made a reservation through Zomato, but when I tried to pay at the counter, they refused to accept my payment. Harshad, the cashier, was extremely rude and wouldn’t even listen to me. When I mentioned that I would leave a review and share my experience with others, he arrogantly replied that it wouldn’t make any difference because others would keep visiting, and nothing would change. Now I understand why others have left similar reviews. I strongly advise against visiting this place. I’m also unsure about the quality of service Zomato is endorsing by partnering with such establishments.

I'm extremely disappointed with the misleading experience I had due to your platform. I booked a table through the Zomato app based on a 20% discount offer, but when I reached the restaurant, they outright refused to honor the offer or accept Zomato payments. This is unacceptable. If a restaurant does not accept Zomato offers, it should not be listed with such promotions on your app. It shows a serious lack of verification and accountability. You are misleading customers and damaging trust. Please take responsibility and ensure only verified and committed partners are listed with valid offers.

emibiance was good there is mager problem staff was very rudely behaviour specially two persons one is name Rakesh, and one more name is prakash saha I don't know who make the Manager the name is prakash saha he hi telling me this is not a dhaba I'm ur guest then how can telling like this and specially I want suggestions owner of downtown pune please left this this type of staff etiaer such a damge the hotel...... specially request chenage this staff.

The worst experience so far, the manager and other staff members are rude and big liars , they imposed the rate of food as per their wish. First we recommended that we order the dish and charge whatever they wish . For chicken bullet or popcorn I was charged 420 Rs single portions. When my husband and I asked for the clarification they were arguing and gave absurd replies. Pathetic condition.

DO NOT avail any inhouse offers. The staff is very rude and no timely service is provided. I learned that the other reviews of this place are fake and few posted by the staff and not customers .

Too expensive place. All Food and liquor at Double price as compared to West Pune or KP Side. Don't go here.
