One of the most classy bars in the city with a superb collection of drinks n one thing I like over here are their Gosht Seekh Kababs. Quick service n best ambience n it really makes me feel EASY as the name suggests. Thank you so much guys for your wonderful hospitality.

Absolutely below par service at Easy. We were left stunned and shocked to see how loud, uncultured, mannerless and untrained the bar staff at Blue Diamond is. Went to Easy last evening after our Salon appointment. While my friend sat there and ordered a beer, the young server wearing green (don’t recall his name but he had an experience of 4 years) failed to deliver the bare minimum service of at least opening the bottle. My friend used his mouth to open the bottle and pour the beer himself. In the middle of this server couldn’t find an opener, he took a phone call and then he got another order. We were also served really soggy and tasteless salli as an accompaniment to our bottle of wine and beers. However, the Chilli Basil Chicken that we ordered was quite appetizing. Never mind this, another server there along with this fellow in green had the most animated conversations behind the bar whilst we sat by the bar counter. Kid you not, they were so loud and careless that my friend and I felt like a part of their banter. There was no subtlety, they didn’t feel the need to excuse themselves and talk or make jokes. Very very poor attitude to customers and their job in general. I can even tell you what they were talking about. We were so irrelevant for them. We finally just ended up changing our table. I asked for the manager and shared the entire experience and he did nothing. No recovery of any kind. We ate dinner at Whispering Bamboo. Food and service there was good. However, their card machines were a problem and it took the server 4-5 attempts to charge my card which finally happened at the reception. We paid the bill of almost ₹5000 and left for this really disappointing experience.
