By far the best pan Asian restaurant in pune. This was our second time and it didn’t disappoint . All the way from amazing service (thanks Anmol for showing us the best service I have in years) to brilliant food. I would recommend eight to anyone looking for a great meal and even better atmosphere!

I visited eight along with my mother and sister on 3rd jan. We ordered the prawns tempura, veg sushi platter, prawns cheun fung and sautéed paneer. We also ordered some cocktails with it. All three of us were down with severe food poisoning from 4th jan. I dont know if the fish was stale or the paneer was not right. But we were all sick since the morning of 4th jan and it was a terrible experience. Please check the quality of the food before ordering and reconsider ordering any seafood here as it can be stale causing medical issues later.

Ambience and food were good. The drinks were well made and tasty. Veg sushi was too expensive for what it offered; can be avoided. We had a water-drippage issue from the overhead AC vents where we were seated and nothing could be done about it. I hope it has been fixed now. Good place to try variety of east Asian dishes but certainly on the expensive side given that there are many vfm options available nearby.
