Good place for vegetarians in west Pune. We ordered: Cream of Broccoli Soup - 5 star Karari Masala Roti - 4 star (Added Ghee would make it 5 star) Lotus Stem - 3 star (Bit spicy for kids) Makhmali Paneer tandoori - 4 star Fried Rice - 5 star Elaichi special Sundae - 1 star (DONT ORDER ICE CREAM as it’s some cheap outside ice cream and not as mentioned in their menu - too ice crystals, not worth at all) All in all, good place, good food, good vibes, good staff, Bit pricy vs Quantity! Recommended!

Food quality and service was good but it was not worth in terms of food quantity. We ordered 2 mocktails and 3 appetizers which costed us 2100. e.g. Avacado toast is served with only 3 small size toasts having cost of 500.

We went with a family of 8 . Very slow service . We’ve been there for 4 times but this time service was bad . The food taste was also not to the mark of the restaurant. Very bland and disappointing taste

Honey Chilli Potatoes were pathetic, most of the items from Menu were not available.

We called them before going to ask if the menu is the same and any modifications on account of LPG shortage, they said No. When we reached there we came to know that they have discontinued Asian Items completely long time back but they have not updated menu on District and Swiggy. Waiter argued unnecessarily saying marketing team may have received your call. Bad Service. Forced to eat North Indian, Paneer Sabzi had no salt - completely surprised. Tikki and Brocolli Starters were very good. Hummus portion size was very less - Pita was thick.

The food was not tasty at all, and the quality across all ordered items was highly disappointing. 1. Paneer Tikka Issue: Served cold. Details: When I pointed out that it wasn't hot, the staff member simply microwaved it and brought it back, which ruined the texture. 2. Pizza Issue: Poor preparation and texture. Details: The base was undercooked, while the crust/sides were over-baked and so excessively crunchy that it actually hurt to eat. 3. Hakka Noodles Issue: Poor flavor. Details: The taste was completely bland and lacked proper seasoning. Extremely disappointed with both the food preparation and the service workaround for the cold food. Significant improvements are needed in the kitchen.

1-Star Review Very disappointing experience. The food looked good, but the taste was extremely poor and lacked freshness and proper seasoning. The dishes were bland and not worth the price. I expected much better quality, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. The service was acceptable, but good service cannot make up for bad food. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again or recommending this place unless they significantly improve the taste and quality of their food.
