Had the best experience!The staff was very polite and helpful and even provided us something like complimentary mojitos. Surmai was really fresh and delicious and Prawn chilly was tasty. I enjoyed the Manchow Soup as it wasn't just plain, it had grated veggies! They do take some time to serve but as long as they provide freshly prepared meals, no problem! Definitely going here again.

Had ordered dal khichdi every thing was fine ... From taste to perfectly cooked rice but one thing was missing that is lot's of ghee which I missed

Food tastes good. Ambiance not that good but ok-ok. Overall good experience. But one can try it once

Both mutton & chicken tasted great. Quantity was a bit less but overall it was a great experience.

Visited the restaurants with my two daughters, and had some query on bill when the waiter was not able to resolve it asked the waiter for manager he said the manager was busy. We asked for the manager's name to which the waiter left without saying or replying anything, my daughter had to follow him to ask the manager's name. He dint bother to reply but signalled some random guy when he came i thought he was the manager and asked him the name and straight away went to the cashier to report the incident. That is when I get to know the other guy was not even the manager. I mean this is how you treat your customer. I was a regular customer to this hotel until today. The waiter was not even sorry for his rude behaviour or the attitude. The hotel staff said that they will look into the matter but I don't have any hopes. So sad and disappointed with the service and the behaviour of the staff. Would never recommend this to anyone else.

I had such a bad experience today at the Empire Garden restaurant, the waiter and staff was so rude did not even tell me the manager’s name when asked. I had to follow him to ask what about the manager. He gave signal to some random guy who later told me he wasn’t even a manager and I have to go to the cashier to resolve my query. I am a regular customer to this restaurant, but I am so disappointed with the staff today. Would never recommend it to someone. The waiter was so damn rude until the very end. Anyway the other hotel staff said they will look into it, but i don’t think they would. So writing my experience here, really don’t want other’s to have such a pathetic experience.

Very bad and rude behaviour from waiters. We were asked to get up after all settled down, we were a group of 13 , but were asked to leave table for 3 person, that too after waiting 40 minutes. Waiters said we won’t serve you. We had called them beforehand and they took reservation, however even after that we had to wait 40 minutes.When table got empty we asked them if we can sit there, they said yes, after couple of minutes they asked us to get up for other person. We have decided that we won’t be visiting such insulting place again.

As per Zomato and swiggy it was 15% off. but before DINE OUT, we asked the hotel person whether do you accept the swiggy. they said yes and then they charged me full payment and said the swiggy address in Zomato is a different branch. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD. They are Cheater and try to empty your pocket after your dinner and Lunch. if you want to know how they fraud. go and try... all the best!!!

Bakwas khana Bakwas service The staff and manager are so arrogant they don't know how attend guests at their restaurant. Literally they ignore you even after calling thm several times.. Soup was full of black pepper Mocktails were hopeless People visit restaurants to have happy experience But these ppl are here to spoil ur evening. Never going back there

They charged us for extra bill which we had not received. Upon checking the CCTV Footage they were not at all apologetic for the inconvenience they caused to us.
