I had a chance to wine and dine at this place, i was utterly saddened by the quality of food and time of delivery. the drinks were fine but every other food we ordered was something we were not intrigued by, they require a major upgrade in their food quality and serving time.

I ordered a cocktail but there was zero alcohol in it only plain orange juice. highly disappointed with the service.

Pathetic service, exorbitantly high rates. Pathetic experience. We had an organized party at the venue and we were promised drinks at 50% discount. Their menu on Zomato states the cost of a pint of Budweiser beer (normal, not magnum) for ₹499 and at the hotel, we were charged ₹599 for the same pint before discount. This is sheer robbery. I don't know if the menu on Zomato is outdated or not, but ₹599 for a pint of beer is not even the cost of one at a 5-star hotel at times. We were also promised small bottles of water and we never got any. Our people were asked to go to the bar and get water in glasses. To get even one glass of water, we had to wait almost 5-10 mins and request for it repeatedly. Not at all recommending this place to anyone and not visiting again.

Extremely pathetic service,staff is very third rated, very rude, the manager needs to be changed and the club needs to be seized asap they charge you with heavy service charges for such bad service I happen to pay 5k as service charges where as my total bill was of 6k very bad behaviour by the staff

Went with the hopes that eskobar is a happening place , but honestly the mediocre cocktails and pathetic food quality the ambience is bearable. But what upsets me is the service, rude waiters who really don’t know hospitality and manners

As per govt. policy tehy were not allowwd to ask for service tax and they forced ua to pay service tax
