They don't serve food what they mentioned in the menu. and when reported same through zomato, my next to next order has been canceled without explanation at 2 am after 1 and half hours. after multiple delivery partners are assigned. also, the number mentioned on the record to call restaurant is purposefully invalid, so you are just hung out to dry when there is no support from zomato, too. Zomato will just refund your money. but what about the hunger and frustration caused by this? i have attached screenshots of the delivery partner going home and probably sleeping and not answering the phone after 4-5 times.

I'm sorry i am giving a bad review but i can't help my self from doing it. I have been one of the old time loyalist of faasos.. Eating twice a day atleast 4 days a week. Today I ordered malai roll(wheat) . It was the most tastless, weak, stale roll I ever had. I ordered the same at eatsure in balewadi. I paid 250 for bad food. Only silver lining was the polite staff. Please revive your quality and price.. I may sound harsh.. But please take it as feed back..

do not order paneer wrap. It had nothing but soya chunks. It mentioned as shahi paneer wrap and i could get only one mini chunk of paneer
