The experience was very good. Specially the food and ambiance was awesome. Diksha and Pratiksha was there to help us and both served very good food. Overall it was great experience

I’m not sure whether the responsibility lies with the restaurant or with Zomato, but I booked a buffet lunch for Sunday, 1st March, and selected the 3:00 PM slot (multiple slots were available up to 5:00 PM). When I reached the restaurant, I was informed that the restaurant would close at 4:00 PM, so we only had one hour to finish our meal. Because of this, we had to rush through the buffet and could not enjoy the experience properly.

We visited this place expecting a premium experience, given its reputation as a “5-star” buffet and the ₹2000 per person price tag. Unfortunately, what we got was far from premium it was disappointing at best. The buffet spread was shockingly limited. Whether veg or non-veg, there were barely two main course options each, and those too lacked appeal or quality. It felt less like a curated menu and more like an afterthought. Starters were minimal, and the dessert section something a buffet usually excels at had only a couple of items worth trying. What made the experience worse wasn’t just the food, but the attitude.When we raised our concerns, the response from the manager was dismissive and arrogant."We’ve been keeping it this way for 10 years." That statement says everything no innovation, no improvement, and no regard for customer expectations. In a city like Pune, where places like Hyatt Pune and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park set high standards in both variety and quality but this experience felt outdated and overpriced. A buffet is not just about food it’s about experience, choice, and value. Charging premium prices while delivering minimal effort is simply unacceptable. Final thought: If you haven’t evolved in 10 years, you haven’t maintained standards you’ve fallen behind.
