Went for a celebration and had good experience with food and service on table.. but finally at last the manager said they won’t waive off service charge as I’m taking discount from Zomato which finally makes you pay more as tax comes above the added service charge amount. +4 star - for food, ambience, service on table. -2 star - as they fool for adding service charge so you don’t get any advantage from Zomato. Logically, -5 star for Zomato and Filament management for pulling crowd via online platform and making fool on grounds.

The food was very average compared to the overall ambience. Mashroom balls were okay. Chicken ghee roast was too spicy and oily. Some paneer and hummus pita bread was average. All dishes lacked good finishing. It felt like some local restaurant. Expected more cosmopolitan vibe and food.

I don’t really understand the concept of stags not allowed …… is it that stags don’t pay or drink less , eat less ? Then why girls are allowed …. This pub culture needs to grow up now… when you can have lady to screen people entering the filament bar then why this discrimination between boys and girls …you guys allow stags during weekdays just because you don’t have crowd or couples or girls gang coming in on those days…. But weekend stags not allowed …. If you have a policy in place mention it on social media or the entrance ….. why based on days. would really appreciate a response on this ….

While booking it showed 20% off, however it didn't show while making payment. No discount was applicable while paying. I need refund of 20% on my bill.
