The food was really good , both the starter and the main course , Cocktails here are just amazing, my favourite. The ambience is intimate and the service is really nice .This was my second visit, and I I loved it as much as the first. The staff was also kind enough ans accomodating to provide an off the menu food item. Highly recommended !!

Lovely speakeasy for drinks and bites. We didn’t get to try drinks this time but the food is good. Would be happy to come with friends and family. Ordered: Andhra style chicken, khao suey, pad krapow and biscoff cheesecake. All of them 4/5. Recommended.

if there's a speakeasy in pune, it's only flipside. period. unassuming. secretive. has a cult audience. a spot that I can show off to my friends. a place that feels special.. serves good food, drinks, tasteful decor, coffee

The food was kind of good but could have been better. Service was slow and came one at a time so only one person ate at a time. I like the pineapple drink that they offered as per our request for less sugary drink. Lighting very low for my eyes.

Even after the govt had said not to charge service tax .. it was still added and the waiter was so rude when we asked about it . And they initially denied the payment through Zomato . And mandatory cover charges of 3000. And very limited options in the menu as well

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant forcefully charged a service charge, and even after clearly denying consent, the staff kept insisting repeatedly. Mr. *****, who claimed to have 10 years of industry experience and knowledge of all laws, behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He stated that there is “no such law” regarding optional service charge and dismissed publicly available information by saying it is “made up by Google”. This was said in a very arrogant tone. What was most shocking is that I was bluntly told not to visit any of their restaurants again, simply for questioning the forced service charge. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior towards a customer. Food aside, customer respect and ethical practices matter, and this experience was very unpleasant. Would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

Very bad experience, 😕 Started feeling sick after having a drink not knowing that their cat can roam /lick freely at the bar counter. I am allergic to cats! But I guess the restaurant is not answerable.
