I have been to this place n number of times. coming here since the 2007s 2008s. The food tastes great. The dosas, uthappas, pav bhajis, even the veg sabizs are really good. Apart from paneer dishes, i have had veg maratha often when i visit here. The quality is of the food is great. In recent times, I have noticed that there is a waiting line. But the food really is worth the wait. Another thing is, this place doesn't have a parking lot. Getting here on a two-wheeler makes sense as you only have the road side parking available in front of the restaurant. There are small lanes on the opposite side of the road, or next to the restaurant if you don't find parking in front. Wheel chair entry is not an option here.

This was a the first place where I tasted veg burger in 1994...very few places in pune used to serve burger on their menu and this was one of the first mainstream restaurants that had it on their menu..I was a small kid back then and I still remember the price of it being 35₹ served with a side of ketchup. It was quite big in size then today's tiny miniscule factory made branded burgers Writing this review for the good old memories...

The food was quite impressive! 😋 The Pav Bhaji Is a Must Try For those who like pav dipped in butter and not dried out! Ofc there should be more changes in resto management... But A Must Try For Foodie Ones !

It’s good place to eat food in city area, taste & quality of food is very good. Service is really fast, we tried paper Dosa is very tasty & enough for 2. And pav bhaji must try thing in the menu.

Very pocket friendly hotel from main City area. We visited it on Sunday Evening and it was damm crowdy. We waited almost for 30 min. We tried veg Crispy in starter and it was yummy. In main course we had Veg Mumtaj and butter roti and taste was good. Service was a bit slow due to continues crowd. Overall they have maintain there taste and quality of the food.

The place is buzzing with customers. It's quite popular with locals and seems to get a mixed crowd of various ages, hue and color. Good part is about a comfortable seating, good quick service and elaborate menu. I had a plate of Puri Bhaji and relished the same served with coconut chutney while soaking up the lively environment...

We were looking for a close by place with decent food and this popped up. a rating of about 4 is pretty good, and a typical, efficient family restaurant suited our needs well. Yes it's slightly congested, noisy but I think that's the charm of the place. We started off with MUSHROOM SOUP and PANEER CRISPY, and both these dishes were supremely impressive! the portion size, the taste and the quick service. I loved these dishes so much that I started having more expectations from the main course! Malai Kofta and Veg. Kholapuri were the main sabjis we ordered along with rotis. I am a huge Malai Kofta fan, and trust me this one looked good too but the taste was way off. It was as if they were trying to not make it sweet, but it is supposed to be sweet! This made it taste neither sweet nor spicy and basically bland. Even its mouthfeel wasn't that good. I didn't like it so much so that the Kolhapuri tasted better than this. This is probably something you'd like to avoid (hardly anyone wants a Malai Kofta anyway!). For desserts we tried their inhouse made Sitaphal ice cream and their Brownie with ice cream. The former was good, the latter was slightly below average. I could see a lot of people ordering pav bhaji, which tempted me too but one look at it and I realised it's too watery for a Mumbaikar like me. So my verdict would be you can certainly go to this place cause it has decent food and service, and also because there isn't much to eat in the locality, but don't have very high expectations or you'll probably be disappointed. We visited for lunch. Ordered veg mumtaz as we did not want to eat anything spicy & waiter suggested it was not spicy. Turns up really spicy and not at all tasty.

earlier i used to love this restaurant..until the day i planned to organise family get together here for my mom's birthday..firstly the order was late and when order arrived they served us wheat roti when we clearly never asked them for wheat roti..on confronting the waiter said it's not a wheat roti its mixed wheat and flour roti..so I simply asked them the reason behind bringing mixed roti(funny part there was no mixed roti option on menu card) So it was very evident they did that purposely.. everyone was so hungry as order was late so we somehow had to adjust with mix roti..which totally ruined the taste..i asked the person taking order to call manager he said Ok..but manager never really showed up..so it seems like it was perfectly executed plan from Ganraj team..Make people wait for the food then bring them anything which is not on menu card nor ordered so that they can't refuse due to hunger..very very disappointed from Ganraj..1st experience in last 10 years.. never going to suggest anyone nor visit this restaurant again.. totally ruined my Mom's 50th bday!!

Pathetic food, pathetic service, pathetic staff. The staff thinks they are the owner themselves. They stare with big eyes when given orders and they literally smash plates in front of you. I feel they hire people directly from slums. They have this stupid family sections where only men are not allowed, firstly if you have staff like this you shouldn’t worry about disrespectful men. When i complained to the owners they said we cant help it, our staff is this way only, you should be ashamed of your self. They waiters were roaming around without mask and when i asked them to maintain safety they said please tell the waiter who is serving you and then started laughing.
