Worst service I have ever seen. There staff treats you like they don't need customer, you are in need so you are visiting them. First of all they gave me a table which was not cleared. I had to tell them for cleaning plats and glasses of previous customer. that to they cleared it once I placed order. It was very disappointing.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow. Even simple items like masala papad and lime soda took around 45–50 minutes to reach the table. We had to ask the waiters multiple times just to check our order status. When we raised concerns about the delay, the waiter responded that they were managing a 600-people reception, which felt like a very dismissive and unprofessional response. Customers dining in the restaurant should still receive basic service. After waiting for more than 1.5 hours, we decided to cancel the rest of the order and leave. On top of the slow service, the food quality was also below average, and the staff did not seem well trained or attentive. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience. The restaurant clearly struggles with service management during busy times. Not recommended.

Horrible experience! There was an insect in my food (dal) and before I could take a picture they took my plate away, absolutely zero hygiene. The staff did not even apologise for their mistake! And when they gave us the bill, our captain was like “wo add nai kiya hai” as if i was going to pay for an insect in my food! There were 3 huge cockroaches in the washroom. The chicken lollipop was extremely undercooked. The service is super slow! Horrible horrible experience! Never visiting again! Not recommended at all!

Pathetic experience , went with my family. Service was worst they took 40mins to serve basic masala papad , 1:30 mins for basic fresh like soda , and served our order to another table and only kept mentioning order is on the way , did not even feel like having dinner later . We literally canceled our further orders and had our dinner at different place . Also the chicken served was frozen . Worst restaurant experience

Extremely poor service. Had to wait for almost an hour for the main course to be served eventhough the restaurant was half empty. Everyone was disappointed and frustrated. To be honest it was hopeless , so much so that after a point we went for a walk in between to kill time. The manager and the staff didn't respond well. The only thing which was brought on time was the bill.

I used to like this place but my today's visit left me disappointed...service and food was far below expectation.. uncooked food and there was an insect in the dal tadka i ordered! I was disgusted when found it and the staff was not apologetic about it at all... not going to visit ever again they ruined it for me today!

Very Pathetic Service. They are not admitting their mistake . Very stale and pathetic biryani and stale pulao. The plates are stinking . We asked them to change the plates , but still they again gave as smelly foul smelling plates.

The owner Rishi Pujari was involved in a reckless Thar accident causing damage to 6 two wheelers parked on the road in Kothrud. Be diligent about who we give our hard earned money too.

worst experience ever, waited for around 2 hrs to get a basic dish, they shortened the menu for today, plus they asked us to compromise and eat cold dishes. not at all recommended

Every five minutes, you need to place an order; otherwise, the captain (Devendra) will keep asking because they’re under pressure from management.
