Another big restaurant in Hadapsar/Fursungi with pathetic food and equally pathetic service and attitude of staff - right from server to captain and cashier. They served chicken hot & sour soup with tomato slices and the base of the soup nowhere resembling the classic hot & sour - it was more like Aalani soup. Plain rice was cold - almost taken out from a fridge. Lentil was uneatable and so was the mix veg - mix veg was laden with red chili powder, making it unbearably spicy. And when confronted with poor service and poor food quality, the captain was audacious enough to say that “gardi me ho jaata hai sir”. You can imagine the lackadaisical attitude. The cashier and all other staff members were simply unwilling to accept the mistake on their part. They said that we are the first customer in their history to say so - well, we are paying you for food and service, you imbeciles, and we deserve our time’s and money’s worth.

I ordered chikan paratha combo and lollypop i pay also much more but hi give me very very bad quality food chicken lollypop i am finding chikan inside a lollypop i cant find singal small cut pis off chikan inside only other ingredients is there for jut look like lollypop and his chiakn masala also same thing hi why your charges is so higher side guys you are not worth for this you don't understand value of customers money every customer pay for his hunger and you give this type of food quality i can't explain your bad quality very very bad quality i can't reorder your products.....and also suggests for my friends and family... thanks for give a bad quality 🙏🙏🙏

This is so pathetic. I ordered paneer mushroom masala and took parcel yesterday evening and i found this now while i was having it. It is a small section of insect 😫 so unhygienic. The restaurant is all about fancy dining but i iee their kitchen is so pathetic and bad. NEVER EVER GONNA BIY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SO POOR!! I can give zero stars to them.

Gave chicken curry instead of Murga Musallam which is made of tandoori chicken and chicken khima which is Rs 399 dish and taste too bad .Too bad, recommend not to buy from them too spicy.

Pathetic quality and quantity. I ordered boneless butter chicken and they sent me chicken gravy which seems to be remaining gravy from other order.

Quality 1/5 Don't order Chiken Lolipop. Soup had more of water than taste. Fried Rice is Just OK. Not worth the price.
