I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Bhavesh was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. Everything was well presented and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. ❤️❤️❤️

Today, I visited the Koregaon Park branch for brunch with my friend , It was good experience n the dosa and idli were very fresh and good , I specially like Open Butter Masala uttapam n the New Gulabi softy was also very yummy.

No one does benne better than them! A must visit when youre in Pune. There are many places which offer benne in Mumbai, but no one comes to close to this!! I really hope Gatti chutney comes to Mumbai. 100/10

Authentic South Indian! What a satisfying meal! The staff are really sweet. Taste of Benne Garlic , Chutney, Sambhar all were good…just read the story of the owners …hoping they open in Mumbai too 😊

So the quality of the food is very good but I feel they have reduced the size of the dosas as compared previously So my take the size is lesser compared to the amount that they are charging

wonderful place to have South Indian food. we had masala dosa, and garlic masala dosa. Both were delicious. Service is prompt and the place is hygienic.

Went for a dinner with family on a sunday at 8pm. While ordering we were told that rava items, uttapam and ragi items were unavailable as they got finished. After sometime they said they'll be unable to serve sambar and rasam as those items also got over. A few minutes later they said curd rice also got over!! To top it off, they said we have ran out of cold water bottles too. I really felt sorry for the staff as they were actually stopping customers from entering the restaurant as they ran out of food. Imagine this is happening at a restaurant at peak dinner time on a vacation sunday! The food (whatever was available) was really good, but i really feel they should manage their stocks properly. Also, please stop serving in disposables and provide basic steel cutlery, plates and glasses.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Hazelnut Kappi Float expecting the same quality as my previous visit, when it was served with a filter coffee softy that complemented the drink perfectly. This time, however, it was served with rose-flavoured (gulabi) ice cream, which completely ruined the taste and made the combination unpleasant. When we informed the staff that we had ordered the same item before and even showed them a photo of the earlier version, they responded rudely by saying, “Video kyu nahi liya, woh lete toh maan lete,” which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager’s attitude was equally disappointing and did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall, both the product and the customer service fell far below expectations. I hope the management gives this matter its earliest attention and takes the necessary steps to improve both the consistency of its offerings and the way customers are treated.

Services are pathetic. Manager Mr Rahul Das didn’t even had courtesy on how to talk with customers. We ordered Ghee Idli, Plain Idli, Ghee Masala Dosa and Onion Uttapam. For the first 10 mins, they didn’t even had Idli to serve. They started preparing Idli post we finished eating Dosa. Wont ever visit this place irrespective of their review and food quality.

food is good but order is too slow. place has hardly 5 table and outside sitting. no sync amongst the cash counter server amd chefs. took 30 mins to get one dosa and another 10 to parcel it as we were getting late . can visit only for takeaway coffee or you have lots of time and patience
