This style is intentionally different and may not align with every regional preference — taste can be subjective. We understand that the food did not meet your expectations, and we respect that. Gatti Chutney – Very Disappointing Experience We have elderly parents at home, and since the restaurant is just 1.9 km away, we decided to order online. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. The order took more than 1 hour to be delivered. The Zomato delivery person himself was waiting at the restaurant for almost an hour and repeatedly requested the restaurant manager, but he was continuously ignored. Even when we tried calling the restaurant to speed up the process, our calls were neglected. If a restaurant is not able to manage online orders, they should stop accepting them instead of making false delivery commitments to customers. Instead of increasing satisfaction over a meal, this experience only caused stress and frustration. Will never choose Gatti Chutney again.

I am writing this review for their Baner branch as I can’t see that location active on zomato. Coming to the food. It looks like they operate from a centralised kitchen and everything is pre made. We went there on a Tuesday evening and they said they can’t take dosa order as they were out of batter but they can make onion uttapam as that’s available. Akki roti was like frozen and was reheated to serve. Chutney was also not freshly made or served. Stomach got spoilt after coming home. Wouldn’t recommend. There are far better option at roadside food stalls for South Indian food than this place.
