I had a really awful and disappointing experience here. A lady staff member initially told me that the drinks I was ordering were part of a “Buy One Get One” offer. Based on what she clearly communicated to me, I proceeded with the order expecting the offer to be applied. However, after some time, when it was time to actually provide the offer, she completely denied having said anything about it. This was extremely frustrating and left me feeling that I had been misled. If an offer is being communicated to a customer, the staff should be absolutely clear about the terms and should honour what has been promised. What bothered me the most was not simply the offer itself, but the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. I strongly dislike being told one thing initially and then being told something completely different later. Customers should be able to trust the information provided by the staff. Overall, this was an awful experience and certainly not the kind of customer service I expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff communicate offers accurately and consistently instead of giving customers incorrect information and then denying it later. Hate it
