vinod was super professional and his spot on service since we were at the table ... without even asking food and other thing was delivered ...thank you food was good and ambience was bery good ...recommend for dinning experience what we had...

Visited this hotel recently and was impressed with the lovely ambience! However, the service could use some improvement. The waiting period was quite long, which took away from the overall experience. With a bit of fine-tuning on the service front, this hotel could truly shine

Food temperature was not good. Service was also intermittent, some dishes came earlier while the other one was late. Half people were servedearlier and sat quietly while other half were waiting for their food.

Great Drinks, Disappointing Food Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) We visited recently and had a very mixed experience. While the ambiance and beverages started the night on a high note, the food unfortunately failed to meet basic expectations. The Highlights • Mocktails: We ordered the Virgin Mojito and the Cinderella. Both were refreshing, well-balanced, and easily the best part of the meal. The Letdowns • Chicken Ghee Roast (Starter): This was highly disappointing. It wasn’t just a matter of taste; it simply wasn't a Ghee Roast. We were served what was essentially Chicken Lollipops. For a dish so specific, this was a complete miss by the kitchen. • Chicken Murg Musallam (Main Course): We were hoping the main course would redeem the meal, but the flavors were flat and not up to the standard of a proper Musallam. Summary: Go for the drinks, but I wouldn't recommend the North Indian or Mangalorean dishes based on this visit. The kitchen seems to be struggling with authenticity and execution.

Worst dining experience i have ever had. First of all they denied us to give a table in open space even the table were empty and have told us to leave if you want. Food over there we ordered panner sabji and kaju masala which was stale and was not worth the price. And the service waiter and manager were soo rude and egoistic. Went there after the ambience but the way the treat was not proper.

I was at the ac section and staff is lazybout there. 7pm my food was served but the chicken Tikka pieces were very hard,seems was served leftovers from afternoon meals. it's costlier and service us deteriorating day by day. for me it's a 👎.

Worst food quality, waste of money. After eating here, our baby started vomiting within 2–3 hours. Very unhygienic and unsafe place to eat. Strongly not recommended....👎👎👎
