We recently visited this restaurant because I heard that the kerala Food Festival is going on. really, i got authentic kerala teast here, and that buffet is unlimited. Good service with beautiful ambiance must visit place .

the manager on shift was extremely not knowledgeable, we had ordered for chicken tacos however he got us chicken nachos. the ice buckets they got for us had mud stains in them!; very bad hygiene.i told them to get a new one however the server got a new bucket but still had stains in them!! the menu is so bad! they had mexican, korean and japanese cuisine all of it but none of the items were good. we ordered salmon sushi which was very disappointing. bad experience. only order indian dishes if y'all visit. all the other cuisines are FAIL

We ordered paneer 5 spice , harabhara kebab , chana garlic fry, veg chilly garlic rice. The captain - NOOR served veg thai rice. He misunderstood the order, we told him we didn’t order this but he forcefully asked us to taste it. We asked them to exchange atleast gravy but they bought same gravy again and said this is not thai. Horrible and disgusting service. Adding the photo as proof.

This hotel doesn’t provide Zomato payments services. Also there’s no discounts offered on the bills. Not recommended for family get together, Dinners, and never prefer for any kind of parties.

worst and pricey food. don't order any soup its full of ginger and garlic and absolutely not edible. looks the shef don't know cooking..still surprising to see the place crowded always.

worst staff and worst sevice. they pack and give food in plastic cover. no respect for customers. and food is very bad. there are cockroaches in kitchen.
