Harley's Fine Baking is a premium, 100% vegetarian, and eggless artisanal confectionery brand in India, known for its Russian Medovik cakes and gourmet macarons. Wanted to try them as they are creating a space in the eggless artisanal niche. Tried two of their pastries. 1. Signature Belgian Chocolate Medovik - was fresh, moist and just the right amount of sweet. Loved the icing. Total party in the mouth. ❤️🤌 2. Italian Tiramisu Did not quite impress. Was more so dry and icing wasn't altogether. The outlet however was very appealing, welcoming and warm. Both the cakes were fairly priced I feel for their portions and crafting. Overall a good first time experience.
