Visited High Spirits recently and honestly, the vibe still hits right. Lively atmosphere, good music, and that classic KP energy that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Good music, good cocktails, and food that works. Enjoyed the desserts the most. Would visit again.

I walked into the cafe recently, after hunting for a weekday evening hangout with live music. The entrance to the cafe is slightly confusing especially as a big Burger King board displays at the entrance (common entrance to Burger King and this Cafe). The ambience was nice, very vibrant & casual. This ain't a very upscale cafe, so don't expect very fancy decors. The staff was courteous. Since this is Ramadan month, Iftari menu was on the offering as well. Overall the food options are limited - Calamari starters were good. Not very pleased with the drinks - LIIT didn't turn out well, other shooters were also okayish. It was a Wednesday, there was no live music, but the DJ did a fine job, nice music to groove. Overall this ain't a place if you are looking for a fine evening of memorable food and drinks, but of course go here if you have a large group and would like to go a little easy on your pocket, in a vibrant ambience.

A GENUINE REVIEW: Been there 2-3 times and always had a descending customer experience.This place is just a sider/add-on. If you have good company with you you can enjoy this place. If you think from an individual perspective. The staff is pathetic, they need to learn basic morals and they abuse their customers in their mother tongue (which is not marathi). They quarrel with customers over incorrect orders delivered by them which is frequent. Staff do think, customers are beggars. I realised this place is still running because of their cookout thing or else no one would have bothered to step here considering the way their staff treat customers. The only good thing is the food here (specific dishes). There are many bad reviews about the pathetic, hopeless, impolite staff and yet the owner is not taking the grievance of it shows how serious he is about improving the business or customer experience.

I made two payments via the district app (around 9:15pm & 10:15pm) after getting confirmation (while placing an order for the 1st round of drinks) at the bar counter. Later they asked me to pay again via UPI (and initiated a refund through the app)

I had a very disappointing experience at High Spirit, Pune. The staff is extremely rude, uncooperative, and completely lacks basic courtesy. Instead of assisting customers, they misguide them and behave in a very unprofessional manner. To make things worse, they do not provide proper information at the time of booking regarding timings and other important details, which creates unnecessary confusion later. Utterly disappointed with the service. I would strongly advise others **not to visit this place**.

Extremely disappointing experience! Visited this café and it turned out to be one of the worst choices in Pune. The food was below average, service was painfully slow, and to make things worse, the manager (Zaid) was shockingly rude. Instead of treating guests with respect, he behaved in the most unprofessional way possible. Absolutely no sense of hospitality here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is just over hyped. Charges you quite a lot as per the amenities and the food is just soo bad I mean who the hell serves khichdi by charging you 4K? Really disappointed. Would never recommend this place to anybody.
