Well to start with is this the best place to go and it's a hard NO. There are better option in that area please I would say pass this one. Yes the sitting is uncomfortable and you cannot eat properly that's a serious issue. Food quality and taste not so great, it doesn't have anything that would blow you away. Service is very bad you have to call these guys for the food that's not served in thali. The portion size compared to thali is not justified. if anything in thali you like and want a Little extra you have to pay a charge. Even the pandra rasa which is given free extra at other hotel is charged here. Management staff is terrible, they will come and bluntly as if you are done, even when you are eating as if they want to shoo you off from the place. 1st you have to wait then you have to wait for you food being prepared and then they wont let you eat in peace the sit on head. Overall Food quality 2/5 Service 1/5 Ambience 1/5 Staff 1/5 Pricing 2/5

We ordered mutton thali and veg thali, mutton thali was not at all good, mutton was not tender neither tasty, my friend left almost half plate as it is. Bhakri were not cooked well. And best part is with limited thali these people did not parcel it even we were ready to pay extra for parcel charges. I dont understand with food ordered by customer, if customer wants it to be parceled then whats the problem they have. Also veg thali worth Rs.350, it has sev bhaji, I asked extra sev and they did not give it. Why the hell hotel charging so high and cant give sev which cost 5 or 10 rs. Also, waiters here are arrogant and mannerless. Not worth for money.

One of the worst service. I think they believe in food wastage and you have to eat whatever the wish to feed you. We 6 people visited with the intention to have good tasty food so we ordered their so called special thali we ordered 3 thali and 2 more extra items with 4 extra bhakri (purposely mentioning our order details) but they were forcing us to order their 180 rs extra person charge or else order 5 thali between 6 people. We explained them that food will get waste as single person won't be able to have 1 thali we even asked them if they can parcel the remaining food and if we r taking 3 thali we won't repeat the order we r okay with limited thali but the arogant manager and waiter refused. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. IF YOU BELIEVE IN FOOD WASTAGE PLEASE visit them

The quality for veg is not good & quantity for veg is also not enough. You get 2 bhakri and in half bhakri all gravy was finished. The extra gravy cost you 50 Rs. which isn't worth. The quality of paneer in veg thali is very bad, its all rubber and not appropriate. The charges are overrated and can be arppx 40% lesser as per the quality and quantity. Not Satisfied Not good for vegetarians. Not recommended.

Worst service everrrrrrrrrr. We visited this place when the hotel was 70% empty. We were two people but for convenience asked for a bigger table since my wife was carrying. When there was almost 20 - 30 tables empty still right away denied to offer us the table saying its Saturday. The lady in the reception especially donot have the manners or courtesy at all to speak. Very rude staff. Never visit ever.

All the attendants right from receptionist to waiters and mangers are very reluctant and RUDE, EGOISTIC . Very bad example of restaurant hospitality. Never ever visit this place . FOOD is also very VERY AVERAGE which is available at other thousands of places. Worst restaurant experience ever

Very horrible experience worst outlet of chul mutton, dnt ever visit this place. Biryani is very spicy and waiting period is also very long.

Horrible service, No backup facility for Electricity. Hand written bill raises questions on why we should pay the GST 5% charges.
