Been here couple of times. Very slow service.. Poor interior....more like a dhaba. ..they have table fans only so avoid to go for lunch in summer. Average taste.. waiting time for thali is also long..

We visited this place few weeks back and was the first day after Sravan ended. The place was most probably crowded and I had to wait for 20-30mins for a table for 6. It was very noisy due to many tables/ people, waiters and on top of that weirdly loud music. We ordered Masala papad and Chicken Platter for starter. Papad was smelling weird due to that sev on top. Chicken in the platter was overcooked and became chewy. We then had ordered Chicken Kolhapuri masala, Chicken Masala, Mutton Handi and Bajri Bhakri for main course. All items were little spicy with kolhapuri topping that list with spice level 100/10!!!! Also, Bhakri size was humongous. One will be enough to fill you up to neck so order accordingly.

Had chicken masala. Despite having high tolerance of spicy food, could not eat it. It dint have flavours, it was only spicy.

I usually don’t under rate any place unless I feel the star overall rating is not justified in my personal view. We had gone there for the second time in last 4 years only because we very heavily disappointed the first time but one of our friends recommended it to retry. After a long 1 hour wait at which was initially said as 15 min and was extended by the same intervals for 4 times 😅 we got our table and as the kitchen was so under managed, the time to serve our food was another 20 min (typically at a Thali place which shouldn’t be more than 5-10 min max). We had ordered the special chicken & special mutton thali and a sev bhaji and there was absolutely nothing special about it. The gravy in the pictures are not at all close to the real deal and Alani soup was basically “alani” (tasteless), chicken & mutton was cooked nicely but lacked the taste “specially if it is claimed to be cooked on chul/wood fire”. Ambience & hygiene is below average and I can recommend far more better places to visit and who will offer more value for money (in the likes of Kolhapuri katta, Recipe Non Veg, Jagdamba (way way good), Jai Bhavani, etc.)

Found a spider in plate white eating, when asked to change the plate, denied saying only bhakri will replace, when asked for manager, they asked to to go to counter, when talked to manager, he just ignored me, this is very serious issue and releted with food safety, not even deserve 1 star, tried to give me discount of 45 rs when my total order was 900 rs, very sad, we travel all the way from wagholi to this place, just to have food, but now this is my last visit.

Very slow service, food quality is okay not good. After dinner we paid bill through Zomato app but they denied to take payment due to discount issue. So again I paid a bill through card. Manager is so rude and pretending like all mistake is upto you. I am not recommending to go there and had a dinner.

We ordered Handi mutton which seemed just boiled mutton in hot red water, mutton chop fry was also well below average.Moreover they denied payment through Zomato app....in a whole not at all suggested to go ...total disappointment

Worst thali I have ever had in my entire life. Service is too slow. They don’t care about people. Solkadhi is the same from the bottle you buy from supermarkets just served in your thali. Alni bhaat yukks 🤮

They dont accept zomato gold payments and deny after going there that zomato gold is not applicable in their restaurant.

Late service. Chewy and undercooked Mutton Less quantity Slow staff Overall didnt like the food neither the service.
